Your data is your business, and we don’t share it.

In the wake of recent revelations about Facebook, Cambridge Analytica and heightened concerns about about where your personal data is located, we thought now would be a good time to remind you: Marshal is here to help you protect your data and keep it private.

You can read our full privacy policy, but here are a few key points you should know when using Marshal:

• Everything is encrypted. Every connection, every scan, every bit of data in transit and rest is fully encrypted.
• Data never rests on disk. Our scanner technology parses everything on the fly, so your data never rests on disk.
• Reports are redacted. Marshal only retains fragments of your data (e.g. four digits of a phone number), so you can find potential data threats and take action. All other threat data is discarded.
• We do not share your information. We will never share your email address or any other data about you with a third party unless compelled by law.

Marshal was built with the belief that everyone should know exactly what they are sharing in their cloud services, so they can better protect their privacy. Without your trust, Marshal won’t work.
